Architect or Architectural Technologist - Devon

A prime residential focused studio in Devon are looking for a new expert to join them and help with the delivery of some exceptional builds. 

A small but successful team working on high end residential projects across the South West region are looking to bolster the team with additional technical prowess. They are currently looking for an Architect, Technologist or experienced Part II with an impressive portfolio of technical drawing packages. You'll be joining a friendly studio environment on a permanent basis with salary between £32,000 - £40,000 depending on your level of experience and skills. 

To be considered we are looking for: 

- Ideally 5 years + working on stage 4 onwards. 

- A residential portfolio is preferred, the higher end bespoke market being of particular interest. 

- AutoCAD proficiency. 

- Confidence in job running and coordinating with external and internal parties at delivery stage.
