About the Role
Revit Architect - London
We are seeking a talented Architect to join our client's London team. This dynamic medium-sized practice is predominantly working on large scale residential projects but do have commercial and masterplanning projects also. If you're a qualified architect with a large scale housing background, passion for design and project delivery then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Collaboration: Work as part of a collaborative architectural team, contributing to the successful completion of medium- to large-scale projects.
Project Involvement: Assist the project lead in the design and delivery of projects across all RIBA stages.
Design Sensitivity: Demonstrate strong design skills with the ability to develop and run project packages efficiently.
Technical & Graphic Production: Produce high-quality 2D and 3D drawings, contributing to the visual and technical aspects of each project.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery and maintenance of quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Qualified Architect: UK registered Architect is sought with ideally 3 - 5 years in practice experience.
Design Excellence: Strong design skills with the ability to plan, sketch, and model complex design briefs.
Software Proficiency: Revit experience is needed for this opening, they want someone able to hit the ground running.
UK Building Regulations: Knowledge of current UK Planning and Building Regulations, particularly in residential developments, is advantageous.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: This role is likely in the £37,000 - £42,000 bracket.
