With a friendly, stable team they work on projects from varying sectors but the majority of which come with a historical context. They have a very fluid way of working meaning team members get to move across projects to where the specific expertise is needed. This opening is to strengthen their skills with the delivery of projects. They are looking for an impressive individual who can produce accurate and high quality drawing packages. Below are a few of the key aspects we are looking for:
- At least 5 years working as an Architectural Technician / Technologist in the UK.
- Excellent portfolio of technical drawings and detailing produced using AutoCAD.
- First rate knowledge of modern building regulations.
- A confident and willing communicator who will enjoy working directly with clients.
With a new office in Central London they are in an easy to reach location from most areas of London and close surrounds. They do also offer a hybrid working pattern with 2-days working from home. The salary is between £35,000 - £43,000 for this one depending on level of experience and ability.
