Junior and Senior Arch Technicians - Kent
This is a fantastic time to join a new office for an expanding Architecture studio on an exciting journey.
You will be joining a social, mid-sized team that has excelled in the residential market through the quality of their delivery. Working on impressive and varied medium and large volume residential projects.
They are looking to make a few hires to join them in line with strategic expansion plans and a new office near Maidstone. To be considered for this role you will have a profile similar to:
- A Graduate Arch Technologist looking for an entry level role.
Or an experienced Arch Technician / Technologist.
- Residential portfolio with clear quality with your technical work.
- Capability to act as a job runner.
- Revit experience ideally but not essential, AutoCAD proficiency also.
- A UK drivers license.
For the grad role the salary is between £20,000 - £25,000. With the experience professional they are looking for real impact makers and are looking between £35,000 - £50,000 depending on the level you would be joining at.
