Established for nearly 100 years, they are a renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy providing professional services and specialist advice to both commercial and domestic clients. With a strong presence in the market, they operate primarily across London and the Home Counties but with work throughout the UK.

Role Overview:
Based at their London office, the Graduate Building Surveyor will report directly to the Directors and Associate Director. You will assist Senior Surveyors in their roles, undertake measured surveys, produce drawings using AutoCAD, and handle general professional work. This role involves liaising with colleagues from various disciplines, conducting site visits, and other tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Senior Surveyors in their roles and manage smaller projects independently.
• Undertake measured surveys and produce drawings using AutoCAD.
• Engage in general professional work, including liaising with colleagues and conducting site visits.
• Perform any other tasks as reasonably required by the Directors and Associate Director.
Entry Requirements:
BSc (Hons) Building Surveying degree or MSc Building Surveying degree focused on attaining MRICS.

Position Details:
Full-time position.
Immediate start.
• 20 days annual leave, with an additional 1 day per year worked capped at 25 days.
• APC fees and CPD sessions paid for by the employer.
• Registered APC Counsellor and mentor provided.
• APC success rate of 87.5% first-time pass rate over the last 15 years.
• Expenses for site inspections reimbursed on a monthly basis.
• Annual season ticket loan provided for commuting.

Additional Requirements:
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
