What You'll Do:
As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant , you'll be contributing to every stage of the design and construction process. Here's what you'll be up to:
• Assisting senior team members in developing cutting-edge design concepts and presentations.
• Conducting thorough research and crafting detailed drawings and models to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborating closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Aiding in the production of precise technical drawings and specifications.
• Participating in enlightening site visits and construction inspections to gain hands-on experience.
• Staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to remain at the forefront of architectural innovation.

What You Need:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
• A Masters in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 1+ year of UK practice experience, ideally with medium to large scale projects, particularly in the educational sector.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong conceptual and design skills, coupled with the ability to think creatively and critically.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective collaboration.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• A genuine passion for sustainable design and a drive to contribute to environmentally conscious architecture.
• A stellar portfolio showcasing your design prowess and technical skills.
