About the Role
Due to busy workload, this Kent based studio are looking for Senior Technicians to join their thriving team.
The team is already established with an exciting pipeline of work hence the need to grow their technical team. This will be a fast paced and exciting role, as one of the UK's leading multi-disciplinary firms, they are constantly working on award winning projects and you will be afforded the opportunity to work on some impressive projects.
With sustainability as a key focus for them, experience is beneficial but most important will be a portfolio demonstrating your mixed-use or educational projects. They're looking for someone confident with running medium sized projects as well as leading a team.
Other key criteria for this hire is:
ArchiCAD proficiency
Confidence working in a 3D environment
Living locally to the Kent office, or a driver with own vehicle
5 years experience working on UK projects
Excellent written and verbal communication
