Architect openings - East Midlands


We have an exciting opening with an emerging studio that is quickly identifying as one of the leading residential firms in the East Mildands region. 


Having enjoyed an exciting journey since their launch, this multi disciplinary are enjoying growth in workload and reputation. Primarily working in the housing sector, projects vary in scale and complexity. A key service they offer is at front end with their master planning and design expertise but they do also deliver projects so we are seeking an all-rounder. 


The current strategic growth is for a new Architect able to grow and develop with them:


- A UK registered Architect.
- Ideally in the 3 to 5 years in practice experience levels with housing projects under your belt.
- AutoCAD proficiency is essential, Revit desirable. 
- It is preferable for you to be a driver to fulfill site visit duties.


On top of the salary which is circa £35,000 is enhanced holiday allowance, paid professional subscriptions, commitment to training and up-skilling amongst others. They offer a hybrid working schedule so this is great for someone looking for flexible working. There are two locations within the East Midlands you could be based from so we're looking to talk to professionals across the region.
