Architectural Technologist

This successful Architectural practice in Warwickshire are looking for a proactive Technologist to join their team. 

Workload is primarily residential and commercial projects and they take projects from concept to completion. The new team member will need exceptional technical ability to accompany their UK Building Regulation knowledge. Working on both Revit and AutoCAD is a key criteria for this hire to enabled detailed drawings. This new addition should have a want to progress their career in the offices supportive environment. 

 Other key points are:

Excellent written and verbal communication. 
High attention to detail
Ability to manage project workloads simultaneously
Coordinating the work of consultants and contractors
Attending client meetings regularly
Confident with site visits and inspections

UK Driving licence and own vehicle

To be successful with this hire, we're looking for at last 3 years post qualification experience working on similar projects. This is a full-time office based role in their Stratford-upon-Avon studio. Salary will be in the range of £30,000 to £37,000 depending on experience and they're looking to hire as soon as possible due to growing workload.
