We are currently seeking an ambitious and talented Associate level Architect with Business Development Skills to play a pivotal role in leading projects and contributing to the strategic growth of this firm. The role can be based from Nottinghamshire or Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities:
Joining at Associate level, you will blend your architectural expertise with a keen business acumen to drive both project excellence and business development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Architectural Leadership:
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring the highest standards of design and execution.
Collaborate with design teams, providing mentorship and guidance to foster a culture of innovation.

Business Development:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our client base and secure exciting new opportunities.
Leverage your architectural expertise to articulate the unique value proposition of Innovate Architex in client interactions.

Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and exceeded.

Proposal Development:
Creating compelling proposals that showcase both the firms architectural prowess and their ability to meet client objectives.



Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for business growth.
Provide insights to leadership on market opportunities and risks.

Qualifications:
Registered Architect with significant experience the UK.
Proven track record in managing and leading architectural projects.
Demonstrated success in business development, with the ability to secure new clients and projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align architectural vision with business goals.
Experience in presenting and representing the firm in client interactions.
