With a track record of excellent staff retention and a dynamic team of Architects and Architectural Technicians, we're now seeking a Senior Architect to join them and help drive their continued success.

About Them:

As a steadily growing practice, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to their clients. With a focus across residential, industrial, and various other projects, they offer a stimulating environment where collaboration thrives.

The Role:

As a Senior Architect registered with ARB and/or the RIBA, you'll bring a wealth of experience to the table. With at least 5 years post part 3 experience, you'll demonstrate expertise across the RIBA working stages. Ideally, you'll have evidence of team leadership or a clear passion to step into such a role.

Responsibilities Include:

Team Leadership: Take on a key role as a team lead, supporting and guiding their talented in-house staff.

Hands-On Involvement: Play a hands-on role in drawing production and client liaison, serving as a job runner to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Collaboration: Work closely with the team of circa 15 Architects and Architectural Technicians to drive projects forward.

Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.

What They’re Looking For:

Experience: Demonstrated expertise in architectural practice, with a stable work history and a passion for delivering excellence.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team, with evidence of past team leadership or a clear desire to step into such a role.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUP, and the Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong background in drawing production.
